I had the Mustang in for oil change and tire rotation. Peggy, my awesome advisor, let me know that two tires needed to be replaced and an alignment was needed. I replaced all 4 wheels and tires and took it back to Peggy for the alignment. They were fast, accurate and very accommodating. The car feels and runs great.

Took 2020 F150 in for service. Josh was service advisor and met me immediately at drive. I explained that I was there for oil and filter service. He wrote up ticket and recommended a new cabin filter as well. Turned out I had never changed that. I now notice a difference in the interior air quality. Great job from start to finish. I dealt with Peggy when booking my oil change and she was such a pleasure! She explained everything to me and the service team did things I didn’t even expect! I came for an oil change and they rotated my tires for me as two of them were not as good so the good ones were out on the front, she even gave me a quote for 2 new tires and an alignment, washed and vacuumed my car. This is my first car that I took to a dealership and I loved the extra attention to details. Even let me know my brakes were in the yellow so now I can expect the next things I need to replace. It was Saturday when I reached out to my service advisor, Peggy, for an appointment to change the oil and rotate the tires on my expedition. She responded same day, had me on the schedule for Tuesday morning. I expected it to take at least 2 hpurs. My vehicle was serviced and washed in a little over 1 hour. I was pleasantly surprised that it happened so fast!! I always rely on Peggy to take care of me and my vehicle. She always does a great job and i will always come back. Thank you!

After buying my new Maverick at Autonation Ford Arlington last year, and getting regular oil changed and inspections for a year mow, I'm still very happy with this dealership!
