They did a great job at repairing the damages to my car. They actually got it done ahead of schedule and it looks good as new! Everyone I talked to was kind and professional, they answered all of my questions, and kept me updated on the repairs. I can always trust Caliber to take care of my vehicles. The company rep who inspected my car spoke a hundred miles a minute and fed me a line of excuses, claiming it would take 4 to 6 weeks to fix just a bumper and quarter panel. My Prius had an accident with road debris, so I had to go in for the shop. Wayne made the process very painless, he communicated with me frequently. Let me know how things are going, and if there is gonna be an extension on the Repair. They were very diligent on making sure everything was repaired correctly. He even made sure it was beautifully clean when I got it back. It drives like new. Would recommend or go to them again

I would love to give them five stars as I have used other caliber collision locations in the past but this lady who brought my car around d was just so combative. Never offered for help but made it very clear she did not help me when I dropped off the car. I had to ask what I could do as I was not happy for her to finally bring someone out and then spent over an hour outside standing waiting for them to buff out a scuff with compound as this lady continued to state negative things about me or what I was pointing. These people can’t put a bumper on straight! While my suv at first glance looks better now, than after the crash, the seams on the bumper look terrible. I have an eye for detail and my suv just doesn’t look right at all. These people clearly don’t care about doing a decent job. I also have paint scratches that were not there previously and a scratch from the accident that they didn’t fix. They didn’t attach correctly the bottom part of the plastic piece in the front. You can see the metal part where it should have been attached. They had my car for weeks and this is what I got, severe disappointment.
