I went to these guys twice... the first time my car ran hot and leaking anti freeze from the resivuior, so I took it to them to fix it... The leak stopped but it still ran hot, so they told me i needed a thermostat and a water pump, cool. I got the parts i needed and too it to them, they called and told me it was fixed and to come pick it up right after they told me i needed a serpentine belt and …

Great service, very detailed on what the issue was and what needed to be fixed. Walked me through everything that was wrong and showed detailed examples of why it was not working. Worked extremely fast and provided outcome needed all in one day for a big issue. Thank you, will be coming back for any car needs.

Politely called and asked about an issue with my a/c clutch over the phone and was rudely interrupted and told to come in person and show the issue. So I did that. Came in person and described the issue and was denied service with a “we don’t do that, only a full replacement”. That’s fine, but listen to your customers over the phone before wasting their time
